Our farm and animal contact sessions offer children a calm, therapeutic outdoor experience where they can relax, explore and engage at their own pace.

 

Gentle interaction with animals helps reduce anxiety, encourages positive engagement and supports more relaxed Family Time. All activities follow strict health and safety guidance, with staff present throughout to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

How to Make a Referral

Firhaven Contact Centre welcomes referrals from parents, professionals and local authorities. We aim to make the process straightforward, secure and responsive, offering several ways to submit the information we need to begin supporting your family.

You can make a referral using our online referral form, by email, over the telephone, or through approved secure email systems. Once received, our team will review your documents, confirm the required level of Family Time, and contact you promptly with next steps.
