We aim to keep our pricing straightforward, with no hidden costs and flexible options to meet the needs of families, professionals and local authorities.

Video-based Supervised
Zoom – fixed rate, max 1 hour
Setup: Children at their family home, non-resident parent at their home, and the contact supervisor facilitating remotely.
Rates: Monday – Friday: £40 Saturday – Sunday: £50
How to Make a Referral
Firhaven Contact Centre welcomes referrals from parents, professionals and local authorities. We aim to make the process straightforward, secure and responsive, offering several ways to submit the information we need to begin supporting your family.
You can make a referral using our online referral form, by email, over the telephone, or through approved secure email systems. Once received, our team will review your documents, confirm the required level of Family Time, and contact you promptly with next steps.
